I worked in bancahome vertical, And unfortunately it was not a positive experience for me. I faced challenges with the work culture. Where I felt a lack a support from my team and senior management. Breaks are not appropriate I have medical issues like over active bladder I need to go to washroom frequently between one two hours but there is no break just you have to take permissions for that also break schedule not good
