The company respected the offers they gave. They didn't revoke any offer. The company has many gaps in terms of technology, automation and digitalization. Hence, the projects are very good. Lots of roles & responsibilities. Good learning curve.

Where to start? The compensation is good (neither the best in the market nor less). But it's doesn't pay for the mental trauma that every employee has to go through while working here( especially when you're a new fish in the pond). The work life balance is pathetic. Nobody is professional, except the HR. But you won't be interacting with them after you are onboard. Peers don't reply to your mails, msgs. You have to call them multiple times to even get an acknowledgement. It's not just about the politics but also about the language your seniors talk to you in. They are still living in 1990-2000 when the leadership style of screaming, blackmailing, warning about firing you works.
