Likes: I have been working in ICICI Lombard since 5 years, i was a performer hence promoted after 1 & half years as a training manager, it is lombard's work culture & company benefits that i am still with the company.
Dislikes: The compay pramotes you, however expect you to work with the earlier salary. The company gives you a higher designation on your performance however doesn't pay that much. with the promotion, job responsiblity gets incresed but that doesn't increase your salary.
