ICICI Lombard as a company is very employee centric company. And had lot of learnings in E-channel team.

Dislikes

Certain verticals do not give you appraisal as per merit. Even after getting selected in IJP the HR hires someone from outside and the current vertical treats you like a burden. Unhappy with such disaster experience. Even after the Yearly scores are good still you get avg rating. In spite of the business targets being over exceeded by individual & team efforts.
