Everything is worth from the top level to bottom level no one is supportive even HR's only listen to top level like your manager you are reporting to ... No appraisal no hike nothing specially for campus hire.. If you r fresher so definitely you will get 5 rating and no hike ,even you did too good in terms of business... No one will listen your point , top level is always right here

I left the organisation for the Two reason One is Mr.Mandeep singh who's trying to exploits the employees and try to become father of the employees like shouting abusing insulting regrading the employees. Second things what he do is usually he shares the fake reports to his super bosses. And have not given the rating

The company is making changes as and when required as per the needs of the time.. it is digitally sound and well aware.

Indian MNC but not very different when it comes to internal politics and annual ratings. No work life balance. They have a lot of good learning program but there is no time to learn new skill as you won't get 20 minutes for yourself..

The higher level manager is not co operative with the employee who works under them especially Davangere branch manager who is doing mentally and physically harrasment

But HR support and IT support is not good . It everytime make huddle in your work and progress. And adviser payout commitment is very worst so you not suffer longtime with anyone business partner. Company management not realise value of their loyal employee. They not promoted loyal/ performed employees instead of new appointed freshers or other newly joined employees. I had good co- workers with me. Friendly Team leader. That was the best part in my department.

Very biased manager. And higher management. Towards few employees If you are new. They will not treat you politely. And the sales department is worst in that company. No job security. The TL and management will make your life hell. Even they call you on Sunday. With no extra pay.No work life balance at all.

Good work life balance of 5 days a week,plenty of leaves to use and if you're lucky you'll meet great knowledgeable people. Can learn team handling if you're manager involves in all the meetings without eating your credit, due to long or mandatory leaves provided by the company
