Good organization but motor claim department having lot of work load and there is very much biased in ratings and promotion

Very much biased in promotion and who ever does thing and satisfy manager personal work will be getting good ratings and promotion in motor claim department at Chennai In 16 year of my carrier I got only one promotion and one good ratings Started with 2.4 lakh and ended with 8 lakhs package per annum

About my FNF getting delayed but I don't know why it's happened only for me I have received my FNF after 90 days of relieved date Apart from everything is fine, only this things happened and I resigned because of My reporting manager else I would have been there minimum 5 years Thanks

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting, I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
