work life is boring, no team outings even after year closing. Only senior management and head office guys were going for outing after year closing. Sales branches are totally ignored, we are here only for sales pressure.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of products here, we can not able pitch all the products. policies are suddenly change. We are collecting too much of PF and insurance. if we give best service to the Customer he never Satisfy because of PF And insurance. We dont have ROI issue .

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning. i learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
