Please remove points system for achieve incentive... before system was good coz for every disbursement employee get incentive but now employee has to achieve points in 3 month to get incentive which is very low... and i really do not like this.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
