Working in ICICI bank is wonderful. I have gain so much of experience andgot so much to learn thank yo ICICI bank. The environment is very good. Completely satisfied.

Dislikes

Seniors moreover play politics rather then doing their own job. As a result juniors have to suffer.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
