Worst company ever, I had worked in 6 month after that I left because there are very hectic environment and management isn't supportive without reason they can fire you, they can hold your salary. In the last month I didn't get my salary due to small escalation after that I had file legal case in labour court but didn't get any response from the there

I like the autonomy because my bosses allow me to innovate.. variety, culture, challenge, helping other's. I am satisfied with my work because I think I am totally engaged and lose myself in it. not all time, of course, but often enough for that to be salient to them. I was challenged by work which forces me to stretch by myself- togo outside their comfort zones. I think I am lucky to find a place where the work I have done was like a fun often the way I am doing crossword puzzles is fun. I want to do my work because I feel that I am in-charge and my seniors trust on me as I see in their eyes they never expressed it infront but I know i.e they allow me to learn new things for the development of both as worker and as people. I love to do the work because it's an opportunity for constant interaction for social engagement, there are plenty of opportunities for social interaction during works. Finally, I am satisfied having an experience from ICCS and with my work because what they have done is meaningful. Potentially, their work makes a difference to the world....Read More

They are not good enough in their human capital strategy.

The have two lob's inbound, and outbound. In inbound I was handling escalation calls and in outbound I was handling everything what is required to resolve the complaints, billing calculations, recovery, and sales. Also work email department at Nehru place
