There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slowl. There is a bond of 2 years before Which you can't resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. I worked their more than 20 years in different positions from bottom to managerial position, learnt a lot, growth to ourselves, faces challenges. Learning skills, administrative culture is the high profile of the company, highly qualified management with a vast vision for growing and taken step for next.

Only job is not secured and you can fired without any reason either you are performing good.
