The office culture is really good, specially the WFH policy (as long as you dom't misuse it). In my case the Manager's were really good and supportive, Considering the work environment , there is no problem until you are working good. I mainly liked the work culture and the colleagues over there, very helping nature.

Dislikes

Now comes the main part, for which we are spending time over there. At the end of the day, the thing that most matters is our Pay range. IBM really need to improve its Pay scale, A graduate Hire in IBM is earning similar to Security guard at the Receptionist. Even after gaining experience, you are not getting anything in return. Be it the yearly hike, or the Variable , nothing is as compared to the Market Standards. My friends who are in TCS are getting 10k extra with the same experience, This is the main reason for most of the Job Switch from IBM. Work Details

The work was pretty good. Sometimes hectic and sometimes the usual. You have to manage your own timings to complete the work , and that is the work protocol everywhere else. Basically it is the same as any other company.

IBM provides good work-life balance for it's employees. It is one of the best company for working women as IBM has an added advantage over other companies in terms of work from home option.

Dislikes

If you join as a fresher you cannot expect much package. But when you join as a lateral hire IBM gives you a decent hike.

I worked at IBM for almost only 8 months as QA tester, the work life- balance and environment is the best.

Dislikes

The only thing i didn't like about the ibm is they hire contractors and once the CRP fall down they release those employees. This my personal experience.

Company is good for women many facilities are there.

Work- life balance is very bad there day night even on weekends also ther will call you to come office and more over IBM is manager origented company so there is no HR if your manager is not good you can not go to any HR and compalaint you have to be sturrgule with that so and comapany is giving facilities but Management will never approve that not even women cabs they will provide. And dnt even expect any hike and appreasal if you manager is not good....Read More
