It's a very good company to work with as it provides work life balance, specifically for ladies that's my take over the company. As it's a know fact that it's a good pay master , so what ever you are looking for its with the offer letter. Hikes are very nominal. You can work on your choice of platform however you need to well equipped before you take it up or you get into it.

Dislikes

Compensation is not that great. Work pressure goes up and down depending on client requirements. Less on training given. If I have to say about people you have a mix of all( which holds good anywhere)

Dislikes

The compensation and hikes are not good specially at the higher levels.
