Poor hikes. Max salary hike you can expect is 8%. You can negotiate if you need you a better hike in performance call with your manager.But still its a great place to work :)

Below seems to be in general for all the projects as per my knowledge: Hike is pathetic. Only a promotion can give you good increase in salary, but a promotion is considered more like increased responsibility.

This depends on project. Some projects are hectic (Example - AT&T project where the resources work nearly like 24*7). Some of the projects are relaxed and others are in-between. According to my knowledge this depends on the client.
