Likes

Management is superb. They focus more on attitude rather than aptitude. Always available for their team. Lot of learning opportunities. Salary always on time.

Dislikes

Many short term projects. Teams are engaged in multiple projects at a time as and when required for load sharing.

Work Details

Work policy: Call office on need basis specially for project update and work methodology

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
