Frankly there's nothing great here if you are someone who has a qualification beyond higher secondary. Work culture could be described by the word sychophancy.

Being a start-up it doesn't have fixed in and out time which might sound great to some but then it encourages inefficiency. Like all typical bosses the ones here are all that you can imagine. One thing that irked me most while working here was that they don't stay true to their words. You can expect them to manipulate you and deceive you. They take pride in calling themselves 'lalas'. I resigned in May and I'm yet to receive my salary for which I have had to be behind them for all this while but to no avail. I especially have a disliking for the lady boss here who serves no purpose besides being nosey and lazy. That's all. Amen....Read More

I was in sales and a fresher. Provided no training. No investment in they employees. Backtracked on promised salary. Manipulated us into resigning although we worked our best without appropriate guidance. Please don't join.

Generally speaking, hectic. Due to the absence of any process and too much micromanagement, work used to get delayed on a regular basis. Besides, there was too much dependency on the creative director for any decision at all.
