Frankly there's nothing great here if you are someone who has a qualification beyond higher secondary. Work culture could be described by the word sychophancy.

...o manipulate you and deceive you. They take pride in calling themselves 'lalas'. I resigned in May and I'm yet to receive my salary for which I have had to be behind them for all this while but to no avail. I especially have a disliking for the lady boss here who serves no purpose besides being nosey and lazy. That's all. Amen.

This company exists to exploit people, thus there is nothing good here or to be liked by.

...tructure, praise the Lord and stick to the company, that should be your motto. Salary you would never get on time until you have requested it for more than a week, and then they would tell you how much favor they have been doing paying you a salary after 1 month of salary cycle. There are no compensation or comp off, you shouldn't be expecting these. Even if you have received an increment, wait for 3-4 months more to get that paid to you. Dont try to mess up with their family and employees like family, (they would be your heads), they have both, learn to accept their mistakes too as your mistake. And by any chance you have thought of leaving the company, please forget your 2 month salary if they have asked yo serve notice period, you wouldn't be getting any. Its a bunch of pathetic people, who are there to take away your trust and exploit you at fullest.
