Income Taxes and PF deducted every month taxes are paid on 30 July and PF are on hold for years. Variable is rarely given and it is given minimum 2 years later. Management is focused on bringing out the best product. The time and resources required to research is provided. Latest technologies are being used to modernise the product. The work timings are flexible. New initiatives are started to create employee engagement.

Dislikes

A lot more focus has to be created in brand management. Though the company has all good ingredients, potential candidates look for better and we'll known brands.

Don't join this company.initailly they used to help...but after some days if we ask for any help or any clarification they pretend to be helping but they wont help and tell us to ask to some other person in the project group. And when we ask for doubt clarification in work..team leader will complain to project manager. Even if we complete our work also they yell us that we are not working and complain to hr and blackmail us to resign from the job. Here the timings are strict for only our batch...Me and my colleague used to join at 9 in the morning and leave at 6:30 in the evening.For every single personal work also we need to take permission for lunch break or any.
