Management HR management No Agile followed, they will just give the work and will ask to complete by EOD No Proper resources management, management transfer resources from one project to another when there is extra work No Siting plan as employees are increasing they do not have proper cubicles You will be asked to work on Saturday and Sunday Management will directly call you to work on Saturday and sunday, they do not call your manager or your team lead Even your manager and team lead will be aside when it comes to supporting you You do not have to inform them for leave, you have to take the permission for leave They provide work from home for some days but when you will apply Work from Home they will say we are not able to monitor so please apply leave Instead of Work From Home In the compensation they will provide something like skill development cost but forst you will have to show them the Passing Certificate then they will pay the Cost which is mentioned on the Bill you paid for the certification and that too you have to take permission from your manager and then his manager and them Vice President for Skill development cost reimbursement...Read More

No work from home even in heavy rainy days you must come to office. Culture here feels like high school rules and timings you must maintain more than 8hrs. No bonus nothing. Work until unless you finish it.
