1. Specific team I am working with has a good rapport and support each other. 2. I get to work with customers and solve their problems leaving me with feeling of achievement.

Dislikes

1. Management is changing drastically. 2. There were total 3 layoffs in 2023 Nov to 2024 leaving employees with no job security. 3. No or very little learning making the day to day job boring. 4. No clarity in the role and vertical leaving many stakeholders accountable and responsible. 5. Internal politics and too many people have impact on customer expectations. 6. No appreciation. 7. Flexible w.r.t WFO and tram outings are done regularly.

Dislikes

Due to wFH managers not able to understand the problems faced by the engineers and micromanagement is leading to time killing and they are low performance
