No KT,u need to run here and there and complete your task.Even manager will also say we were aware that we won't have KT. Juniors will lead who are in this company for 5 years and above. Not structured way of working. They need everything quick fix in 1day. Looks like support work even in development projects.

1) no increment or very less increment in first year. 2) appraisal cycle is jan-dec but increment will be given at end of july and effective from july only.
