I was taking care of the client's audit.

Dislikes

I worked in IPC from 2019 to 2023. I was taking care of clients' audits until one day they started discriminating against boys and girls. They started holding the salary of girls without giving any reasons to them. They deduct your salary and hold your salary without intimating you and when you resign they will show their true colour. They will mentally torture you. Your manager will want you to work even if you are not well. They are not worth your time and dedication. I remember an incident when a girl gets fainted because of the work pressure she had. No one is going to support you but you are lucky if you're handling the client site. There is strict timing of lunch. The work culture is dead there. Everyone will sit even if there is no work. No one is allowed to leave the workstation. There is no tea break. They will deduct your salary if you come late by 1 minute but they will not pay you extra money if you work on holidays, Sundays, over time. They don't care about employees. They lie when they hire people. Don't join, you are going to regret....Read More

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
