There is nothing to learn here. Entire company is dominated by Koreans and they think they are the rulers. There is also a 3 year aggrement so you cannot switch easily. THe salaries are the worst with an increment of less than 8%

When a company has terrible management, the team mates become great! Training is given on trivial things inspite of various levels of feedback to the management. Sometimes, it becomes a threat to the manager if the team os persistent to learn something new. This is because the company can't tolerate decentralized research activities. Therefore, Innovation is the last stone turned. Job security and career growth go hand in hand- you are not allowed to grow because of *politics*, and If you defend/demand, you'll be shown the gate. This has been the trend for 5 years now. Salary/ appraisals follow the same road as growth. Travel: You'd be sent to the headquarters on a business visa, but neither the pay nor the work is treated that way. Work environment: Extreme discipline- actually works other way around to improve productivity. ..contd.. No breaks in between would be sanctioned by the manager. Same trend goes with work life balance: absolutely irrational. You wont have time to spend with family and friends even on weekends. With the amount and quality of work that the company gets done by the employee, neither the pay, nor the growth could be compared. Work with the company for 3 years and there you are as a D*mb*ss with a narrowed down thinking. Both the middle management and upper management is worst in terms of Employee satisfaction. ITS A 50 HOUR WEEK OFFICIALLY, and goes up exponentially-unofficially. No flexi timings. No work from home. No weekends off. No propotionate Incentives. No job satisfaction.
