• Countermeasure , PIR Preparation communication to R&D , VD , Vendor , Vehicle Assy )

3. ISIR Approval & Revalidation

• New developments & New project parts ISIR / 4M
• Part Study , Drawing study , Previous complaints history
• Part Inspection Dims , material with ISIR samples
• IF NG mail Communicate to VD / Vendor
• Performance test report verification as per the Drawing
• Durability confirmation in dynamo engine
• Fitment Confirmation (Engine & Veh.assy )
• Mandatory documents verification as per ISIR Proe ( Control plan , FMEA , Gauge List , Sub Vendor List )

4. Revalidation

• Revalidation Plan Made ( Once / Yearly )
• Mail Circulate to Vendor for the Revalidation Req
• Revalidation Reports Receipt / Tracking
• Revalidation parts Inspection as per the AOI

( Dimension , Material , Heavy mental , SST , Purity , Etc )

5. Vendor Audit

• Vendor Audit Plan Preparation ( Worst Vendor )
• Regular Process Audit done @ vendor to confirm the Process Quality
• Vendor Counter measure verification audit
• New project audit - T1 & T2

( New Project , localization, EO change, )

• Incoming audit ( storage ,cleanliness )

6. Gauge / Instrument Monitoring

• Gauge & Instruments Calibration Follow-ups As per Schedule
• Gauge & Instruments Working Condition Confirmation
• Instrument Service Follow-ups With maker

7. KD Parts Quality

• Based on Inline & Salvage Complaint à Part & Engine
• Visual Inspection & Rework Follow-ups

8. Field Quality

• NG Part Replacement follow-up with vendor
• NG Part Analyse (Dimensional / Metallurgical @ MS Lab)
• IF Required Joint Inspection @ Vendor End for Root cause Fix / Countermeasure follow-up

9. Rejection Management

• Daily inline issue registration in GQMS & Communicate to Respective vendor through Mail ( LP/KD Parts )
• Rejection Tag preparation & handover to MMT
• Lot rejection & inform to next level
• Debit note raise for Major inline issues

10. Safety Culture & Improvement

• Daily Safety message Shared to Subordinates / CL
• Near miss / Safety improvement find out & improve
