no any issue observed in this firm, i like doing working here & its my goal as soon as passion.

Work Details

now i am doing currently working here, as a purchase & store in charge.firstly taking quotation and confirm rate after that making po & delivery schedule. taking every day shortage list , making inward / outward entry. meeting with Korean my boss.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
