If I talk about the job security that is terribly bad. During that pandemic hyatt andaz HR called me many of times to resign from my job.It was a worst experience seriously because if someone gave his almost 4 years to that company and then they are saying for a resignation it’s not understandable for anyone not only me. that’s all which all support they gave me during the pandemic. thank you

Here is no career growth. that’s a big factor and nobody is there to judge the work of junior staff in terms of mistakes or appreciation. Every leader wants to grind his own axe. I think that much is enough to understand.

It’s good.. because I started my career with this company. I learned lot of things from this. I don’t want blame my company. All firms are good but everything depends upon the management level and seniors, how they treat their associates. thank you

As per company policies. I haven't received Hyatt Care Fund. They not even concern to help their employees during COVID-19. I lost my job less Security amount received as in LWP for more than 2Months.

I haven't received Hyatt Care Fund yet. I have applied in June, not even single person took initiative to help me out in this A PANDEMIC Situation. Employee sudden kicked out from an organization how difficult it will be for him to survive. least amount of salary getting till May. I was in very worst situation. Kindly, look into it and help me with the Job.

Hyatt are the best hotel but during the covid lockdown company was not support in their staff lots of staff are lost theri job and company are not provide any good support to staff.

I just deslike about hyatt regency for few point like when the hotel are lots of business and more rush we are working as a team work and 14/16 hours of work in a day and the hotel was given 4 monthly off but when the covid19 was started the hotels are just treat their staff as a unknown.
