As per company policies. I haven't received Hyatt Care Fund. They not even concern to help their employees during COVID-19. I lost my job less Security amount received as in LWP for more than 2Months.

Dislikes

I haven't received Hyatt Care Fund yet. I have applied in June, not even single person took initiative to help me out in this A PANDEMIC Situation. Employee sudden kicked out from an organization how difficult it will be for him to survive. least amount of salary getting till May. I was in very worst situation. Kindly, look into it and help me with the Job.

Hyatt are the best hotel but during the covid lockdown company was not support in their staff lots of staff are lost theri job and company are not provide any good support to staff.

Dislikes

I just deslike about hyatt regency for few point like when the hotel are lots of business and more rush we are working as a team work and 14/16 hours of work in a day and the hotel was given 4 monthly off but when the covid19 was started the hotels are just treat their staff as a unknown.

The management of Hyatt regency Ahmedabad is very excellent. staff support is very nice.HR team is very helpful and take care all staff nicely.i am very happy here.

This company is good. And hyatt group is also good. If you give time to hyatt they will give post and best package. I love that i am a part of this company...

Dislikes

Some times work 12 to 15 hours.

Generally speaking, my work is very challenging as i have look all perishable and nonperishable item.and handle the buchuery section.

I used to feel like a family, employees helping each other in all possible ways. Great culture, learning opportunity. And mostly each one respected each other.

Dislikes

Work life balance is not that great but it could be improved with hiring quality people with right skills and paying them decently well. Salary and appraisal was why the attrition went up during my tenure.
