Freedom of working. Can take independent decisions. Friendly working atmosphere. Family oriented company.

Dislikes

Management decisions are not firm. Keep changing..... Too many working hours to put in without any compensations...

Work Details

Enjoyed working even there was work pressure. Friendly nature of senior managers..... Hard working juniors.....they respected the seniors....

I enjoyed a pleasant working atmosphere.Good support from seniors and best cooperation from subordinates . Nice facilities like accommodation, vehicle etc

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
