Do not join here in IT Team. Very Bad culture. Commitments are given at the time of interview and are not fulfilled. HR's dont have the power to even talk with the upper management about the employees concerns regarding anything. Very less salary as a developer. Even after probation you won't get the salary which was promised.You will have to beg everyday to make that happen. And even after that you wont get the Salary which was finalized at the time of interview. Very bad Experience working at Huntsjob. Be very careful while joining. The management is unorganized and lacks proper structure. Decisions seem random and there's no clear direction or leadership to guide employees toward growth or success. The company makes promises that it fails to keep. There's complete lack of respect for employees, and any concerns or feedback you raise are often ignored. There's no real sense of job security. You never know if your position will be at risk, which is highly unsettling and demotivating. The pay is far below market standards<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Despite being hired as a fresher, even with prior experience, the starting salary is just 15k, which is barely enough for basic living expenses</mark>. There's no guarantee of financial stability, and salary hikes or bonuses seem to be non-existent. The leave approval process is overly complicated and bureaucratic. It's a hassle to get leave approved, and there's no clarity on how or if you can receive for unused leaves at the end of the year. This lack of clarity and flexibility can lead to frustration. The management seems out of touch with the IT industry and its evolving demands. They fail to understand the industry's working culture, which results in poor decision-making.
