Horrible leadership team from SAKS Off Fifth item and po creation team. Too much dirty politics. The company is filled with failed leaders who did not make it as leaders in real good companies. The leadership in SAKS off fifth item and po creation team, especially the team leaders and the senior manager from this banner are rejects who weren't good enough or worthy enough to run a team in their previous organisation who got lucky getting their positions here since this was a start up and there is less competition and high scope for dirty politics which goes unnoticed and gave them a chance to get their friends in and build their own empire. The sad part is that the HR team also sides only with the worthless leadership team without actually doing their job which is to do what is right by the company by looking into issues or concerns and addresses them to make it a healthy work environment. Unethical and unprofessional leadership from SOF item setup and po creation team who arent fit to be leaders. Glad atleast the senior manager was asked to leave from this team. One less virus from the entire system. The team leaders need to be replaced as well from sof item and po creation team.
