The only thing I like about the company is the hybrid model of work.

The company culture is way too toxic. There is bias everywhere and you won’t be acknowledged for the work you do because you prefer not broadcasting it unlike others. They have a stereotype that only talking makes you look smarter no matter if what you are talking makes the least of the sense.
