Nothing to like about this company except its work-from-home, that too after a long "6 months long probation" period where there is no job security in those 6 months.

Dislikes

There are many things to dislike. There is a huge amount of useless work with skills that have no use in the market, and the salary is very low for the amount of work. No compensation, recognition and overtime. Very minimum salary hike that too is not guaranteed, have to work extremelyhard to get a minimum hike. And even after reaching the highest position, you'll not get a CTC of more than 5.0LPA. Every minute of work gets monitored, can not take some breaks during work, even lunch break or other breaks gets monitored it's like you are in school or jail. The worst part is the leave policy. You'll get leaves in your account but you can not use them, all leaves will get rejected. Rotational shifts plus no Saturday-Sunday offs, zero personal life. 2 weekly offs on weekdays but that can also get shortened to 1day. No holidays or leaves on festivals or national holidays, Diwali, 15th August, etc. These holidays are mentioned in operations calendar but will not get it and have to work compulsory on those days....Read More

The work you do of tagging game is alright to be honest there's not much to learn if you get the gist of it, there are multiple sports but work over-all is same and it's just understanding the ground rules, you are getting paid less, you should be compensated atleast 1-2k per game you analyseas you are kind of an expert at it but these people don't value you, hence pay you less whereas they charge around 3-4k per game, 30-40% is reasonable as you are critical to their success and inevitably doing the main function of it</mark>....Read More
