Basically y we work in any company, for growth, In this company u will see that the so could head or decision makers of this company To reduce employees salary and take all the new comers on same page they just give hike to new comers. And the person who are working on a different projects they get a invalid reason of not getting hike in there salary . I had also seen that new joiners who had joined this company and also not completed a year they are getting more slary hike then we people who are working hard on so could elite department. We only get reason we do not get hike after working for 4 years i am less in salary then the person who is in lower department and with only working experience of 9 month 👏👏👏nice please don't come here because new joiners who are getting hike now will face same issue like us in future this is culture of this company...Read More

The manager and TL are kind of friendly, as long as you do your job. No one will question your work. It's a great place. Everyone minds their own business and also becomes friends pretty quickly. Everyone supports/helps everyone.

Dislikes

There is no scope of growth for analyst, unless you promote internally or learn a skill outside and make jump.

There is not much issues while working with Hudl. The job can be said stress-free. The co-ordination between the higher authorities and analysts is pretty friendly

Nothing to like about this company except its work-from-home, that too after a long "6 months long probation" period where there is no job security in those 6 months.

Dislikes

There are many things to dislike. There is a huge amount of useless work with skills that have no use in the market, and the salary is very low for the amount of work. No compensation, recognition and overtime. Very minimum salary hike that too is not guaranteed, have to work extremely hard to get a minimum hike. And even after reaching the highest position, you'll not get a CTC of more than 5.0LPA. Every minute of work gets monitored, can not take some breaks during work, even lunch break or other breaks gets monitored it's like you are in school or jail. The worst part is the leave policy. You'll get leaves in your account but you can not use them, all leaves will get rejected. Rotational shifts plus no Saturday-Sunday offs, zero personal life. 2 weekly offs on weekdays but that can also get shortened to 1day. No holidays or leaves on festivals or national holidays, Diwali, 15th August, etc. These holidays are mentioned in operations calendar but will not get it and have to work compulsory on those days....Read More
