Job Description

  • Data Collection: Gather and compile data related to revenue share agreements from various sources.
  • Data Entry: Accurately input and update revenue share data into relevant databases or systems.
  • Data Validation: Verify the accuracy and completeness of revenue share data, addressing any discrepancies or issues.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of revenue share transactions and agreements.
  • Reporting Preparation: Assist in preparing reports and summaries based on revenue share data for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with finance, sales, and operations teams to ensure accurate data flow and resolve data-related issues.
  • Data Integrity: Follow procedures to safeguard data integrity and confidentiality.
Contract Review :
  • Contract Review: Examine revenue share contracts to ensure they comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Contract Analysis: Analyze contract terms and conditions to identify potential risks or issues and suggest necessary amendments.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of contract reviews and related documentation.
  • Compliance: Ensure that revenue share contracts align with business objectives and regulatory standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with legal and business teams to address contract-related questions and facilitate contract negotiations.
  • Reporting: Prepare summaries and reports on contract status and compliance issues for management.

    Performs other duties as requested :
  • Set up Tipalti accounts
  • Other miscellaneous items, as assigned
Must-Haves
  • Effective organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in data management software (e.g., Excel, SQL) and contract management tools. Familiarity with data validation and reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to review contracts and data accurately.
  • Excellent analytical skills for interpreting data and contract terms
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to interact with employees in a professional manner.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Education: 4 year degree in Accounting preferred, but not required.
  • Experience: Nice to have, but not required 2-4 years of experience in data preparation, contract review, or a similar role. And experience with revenue share models and contract compliance is a plus.
  • Credentials or Certifications: None Required
