many project having huawei like Airte.Vida idea ltd.BSN some gov project etc.which will give you apartuanity to learn many the technology at one palce .over all its goog for and stable job but for location.location may be change as per project requirment .slary and work life style its ok not to good.but if we compare cuurent telecom sector situation Huawei far beeter than other.

Huawei gives top priority to cyber security and network safety...this is one thing I love most about it . Besides ,work culture is good, there are regular learning sessions among teams. I worked on a third party payroll but compensations and perks are very good .

Dislikes

Being a big company with many global clients and a large employee base , individual strengths and skills are overshadowed . This makes career growth slow and disappointing, one of the reason I left Huawei

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
