Everything - Key positions are held by family members of the director, which may indicate nepotism. - The director frequently holds unnecessary meetings, which can be time-consuming and unproductive. - I advise new graduates to explore other opportunities, as career growth may be limited. - While PF deductions are made on time, employees may not receive their PF numbers or may be provided with fake numbers. - The HR department, led by the director's wife, is uncooperative and unresponsive. - Employees are expected to work continuously without breaks, leading to burnout. - There is no work-life balance, and employees are discouraged from taking time off. - The company has a negative attitude towards employees who are sick or need emergency leaves. - Attempts to explain reasons for tardiness or incomplete tasks are met with rudeness from HR. - I caution potential employees to carefully consider their decision to join this company if they value a healthy work environment and work-life balance....Read More
