No best points in the organisation, the team which I got is very childish mind individuals, The management always look for low staff and more work burden on employees, there is no correct person who takes correct decision.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. The way of doing things is a bit lax and there is a general sense of dissatisfaction with the higher leadership. There is a lot of politics in how the ratings and review system works. The admin side of HSBC is very slow and leaves you frustrated at times

As a company HSBC is top notch. It's the best you can work for however the people in the management are not helpful at all , favoritism.low promotion rate. Very low hike and bonuses.
