There was no compensation was there, growth is to slow. PF facility was there but they deduct both side amount from employee salary side. The work pressure is very high.No social platform ,Consultancy was there for recruitment Sometime i do those work which should not cover in my profile.Director do not value an individuals unique way which is why i have to take back my suggestions many times. One most important part is I do not receive my Salary from employees side while i give resign to company i work 20 days in month they do not pay and rising to many issues..Many time i mail to company to release my salary they do not reply me on mail....Read More

Work Details

My work is challenging as i have to look, as well as manage day to day HR Operations..All the travel involved gets a little hectic sometimes but its ok. As long as i get to work . It will be learning experience

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Employee Benefits

Do not give facilities if employee late 5 min from lunch they argue from that.
