They’re not strict on work hours as long as you work well. Job security is relatively high here

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Unless you’re a rare 1%, growth is non existent. As a women you’ll see even lesser opportunity. Hybrid work model but it’ll depend on your manager if you get wfh at all.

Work policy: 3 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
