Working at Hp for me was like understanding how corporate companies deal with the employees. What I saw was no job security at Hp

Dislikes

I dislike the Management at hp which is very poor when it come to employees over all contribution. The Top Management will not see the over all contribution done they prefer looks over talent

I liked nothing about this company. This incidence made me loose all the respect I had for this company. There is no one who can help contract employees. And there is we are not informed about that. If HP cannot afford employees then they should not hire them.

Dislikes

Contractual positions are extremely exploitation of employees. No job security. They hire you with bond of 2 years and then ask you to resigine. If you refuse to resigine they will ask you yo relocate, extend your shift, talk rudely and much more. There was no welcome call, no welcome kit, worst part was not even basic bag was provided with the laptop. Employees are not allowed to talk leave for first 6 months, not even 1 single leave a month. Old Women managers are very very rude and do not understand at all. Firstly company committed the position is WFH but now my manager got changed and asking me to relocate which is extremely unfair and disappointing. I know this response will change anything and till time it reaches HP or someone I might have lost my job already. I hope this won't happen with anyone coz everybody has some commitments in life and all of a sudden if you get to know you will not be getting salary this month you feel very depressed.
