Experience: The company did not check my resume clearly and offered me the job
Tips: need to check the experience and offer the related job

Round: HR Interview
Experience: HR was asking my experience and work profile and asked about whether ready to relocate to location where the job is allocated, i said yes.

And the HR did not completely explained the Job description, just said as technical support and need help the front line technicians with the issues related to computers.

Did not informed that it is a customer care or related customer handling on call directly talking to the customer from US and Canada
Tips: HR need to explain the complete job description and take confirmation and particularly when the resume says does not have any experience of customer care on call process , like Voice process or BPO work profile
