1. Weak HR Department. The policies change verbally but are not made formal after an issue arises. 2. Appraisal is not given on time making it difficult for people who genuinely want it. It is also discouraging for older employers as there are no other incentives otherwise. 3. The management fails to take appropriate action when an issue arises. They wait for the problem to cool down and then it goes back to its toxic state. 4. The manager lacks the soft skills and professional attitude required to lead and bring the best out of the team. Imagine working for a manager whose mood influences every team member's mood for the day. Sad isn't it? 5. Too much micro-management. There are too many updates and too many meetings to discuss those updates. Honestly, meetings and updates have wasted people's time more than anything. It is embarrassing to work for a company where the manager calls team members "beta or children" (Everyone on the team is an adult). Favoritism is also an issue. If you are friends with the manager you can go 6-7 months without producing substantial work and still get a grand farewell. At the same time, good employees who struggle to be productive for a week or two are made to feel like criminals. If you are on notice period, then you are treated worse. Most likely they will put you on PIP and terminate you even though you put in the papers already. The company expects you to work to the bone and do extra work with no additional pay</mark>. When struggling employees perform badly, instead of helping them, the manager taunts and demoralizes them by making them feel small. Such employees end up leaving to protect themselves. A team built on hypocrisy with a moody manager and weak professional foundations will not create a team that achieves long-term results but short-term results for temporary happiness and a few cakes....Read More

Obviously, HR Department!!! Management Department (Especially the one who leads everything from CEO to Admin-work) They don't value their employees. The salary is much less than compared to the market. Other benefits are like, dinner or pizza once a year with a glass of cold drink to you for drowned and die with the burned self-respect....Read More
