Everytime when I used to leave that office

Designers are not given a proper room to work on. They work in the store room. The store itself is located in such a place where the costumer will never be able to find it. 0 marketing and strategy knowledge= 0 growth The head designer would compare themselves with elite and celebrity designers No paid leaves, they give no respectbut expect a certain amount of respect from you. They show no gratitude but want you to think like it's your own company. If your design Aesthetics doesn't matches his, then you are a bad designer and good for nothing This man is the rudest person I have ever come accross in my life. He had nothing to do but has money which makes him to behave rudely to almost everyone from a designer to tailors, to managers and production head to other workers. I would request everyone if you want growth and respect, work hard, get your skills more polished you guys deserve better and not this company for sure...Read More
