It is a very old hotel which was one of the first hotel built in Allahabad for more than 40 years. It is a traditional and environment friendly hotel. It has a goodwill in the market.The best thing is that the job security is excellent. That is why people here are working for 25 to 30 years. Now i am looking for the change and better opportunities. The top management are supportive.

Dislikes

I am looking for the proper training, standard and growth but here all these are stagnant. Too much politics from the coworkers due to which sometimes it is difficult to work. But i can manage it. It reflects on my performance.

Work Details

As a f & beverage manager i look after the day to day operations, planning, organizing, delegating, scheduling, managing and staffing. I also need to solve the issues if arises. My work involve me to deal with the guest satisfaction and the finance.
