Generally Speaking, My work is slightly challenging as i have to look after the entire product marketing and distribution life cycle as well as manage day-to -day yield operations. Pitching for my company as marketer gets tiring and the task is slightly.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
