The environment is not good at all, the staff is incompetent, it is of no use, none of the employees are good at taking decisions, all are free by putting their burden on others....... This is a rubbish company I joined this company as a team leader but after 2 months they didn't give me salary and no place to work, they will lure you a lot before joining and after joining Suddenly for any reason you will be kicked out and your entire salary will be eaten by this company. When i strarted, growth is very good. We work things together and discuss. Have some party and work as a team. But from covid it is on downfall. No new joining, there are very few employess left. 80% of the team has left, rest they are putting on LWP. Not giving salary to employees from last two months. So they are not in the condition to survive right now.

They guys doing frauds with their clients, once they sell the software and then not answering their calls, I am also worked with this company and once I know about this,I resign from my job, the fraud company accept my resign and said they will pay my last month salary, but they didn't answer my calls after that, Hr ujjwal is very shameless person in this company.

I joined the hostbook on 15th May 2024, they kicked me out on 29th May, they gave me excuse that I did not clear the mock call so they discontinue my job even they didn't informed us that our is dependent on the mock call..whole things are strategy cause the salary day was coming it's 1 june.

Management is very bad.. Not given my salary for the last month not cleared the full and final settlement, they are totally running a scam. HR name Ujjwal Singh and Mohit Yadav are totally lier giving wrong commitments and not giving salary to staffs. Team leader is also not supportive. Found like they all are involved. Suggest to never join this scam company just read all the reviews.
