It used to be a wonderful company but since when the ceo and management changed, hoonartek is not a good place to work . And no job security.the already existing projects went away and spending money on us travels but no output for past 2 years. No hikes also.

Management will treat you like a slave, scolding you, abusing you, making you work on weekends. After I put my paper, my real test began, HR called me, and she said that instead of 3 months(Notice Period) , we will be relieving you in two weeks. I did not have the offer as i put the paper first and then started looking for job, because no company wants to hire a guy who has 3 month notice. Then she started troubling me saying that you have to come to bangalore, I said at the time of joining I was promised WFH. She said no if you are not willing to come, we will terminate you by second week. I said that will be legal issue, She said She is ready for it. You can file a case against company. My manager started scolding me more in front of everyone, talking like tapori. He even started giving me work on weekend, that I want this to be completed by this week, even if you have to work on the weekend. He told me to schedule a meeting on Sunday at 4 PM and show the demo of the project that I am working on.
