Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. When the management team was from foreign the company was good and productivity and giving early appraisal. Can you imagine we have worked for three years without any appraisals. There is no appraisals policy for QA in home credit.
