About my next assignment. While working i got my next assignment. But when i came on vacation my next joining date got vanish. Because they have started work smart on the ship. Because of that i am on stand. Now its been more than 3 months i am at home. I need to support my family from financial also. So if you could look fro my joining date asa soon as possible it will be great.

Every company has people who are sometimes dominant and everyone is in someway to their juniors...however i dont belive people should have different perks just because they are from a different country like from asia and not a white people country even dough their work and position is the same...it is racist in someway.

If we are appropriately staffed then its great to work but last contract we were under staffed and no one seemed to care unless we put it in the ILO about how we were doing a job for one extra person for free
