I like nothing as it turnd out one of the worst company.

Dislikes

Management doesn't know how to run the show. They can fire anytime without a single day notice. There's job security at all. They treat you like puppets. And there's no settlement as such.

Work Details

Management doesn't know how to handle or manage team, no support and how to run the business. There's no plan, no patience and no nothing. If they don't like you they'll fire doesn't matter if you're doing good. They don't listen to anyone.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
